Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview
Our New Movers Postcard Campaign is a monthly direct mail service designed to help businesses reach new homeowners in Southeastern NC & Horry County, SC. We handle the design, printing, and mailing to targeted recipients.

2. Billing & Payments

  • Clients will be billed on a monthly basis.
  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension of future mailings.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel their campaign with a 30-day written notice.
  • If cancellation occurs after a billing cycle has begun, that month’s mailing will still be processed and billed.

4. Design & Content Approval

  • Clients must approve all designs before printing.
  • Any requested design revisions may impact the mailing schedule.

5. Targeting & Accuracy

  • We utilize third-party data sources to compile new mover lists. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% deliverability.
  • Bulk Mail Rates require a minimum of 200 addresses. If your mailing is less than that, we will ask you if you want to send with a regular stamp or if you prefer to wait until the list meets the minimum requirement.
  • New Movers does not necessarily mean New Homeowners as it could be someone who moved into an apartment. We can however remove addresses that reference apartments if that is your preference. We can not guarantee accurate delivery to only New Homeowners.

6. Liability & Refunds

  • Once mailed, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the postal service.
  • Refunds will not be issued for mailed campaigns.

I had a very positive experience dealing with the owner and employees at Mr. Postman Print Shop! My unusual requirements for a combination of banners, photo enlargements & commercial displays for a Celebration of Life Gathering was placed in haste, and I honestly did not think they would be able to fulfill the order in time. But the owner's "Anything for a buck!" professionalism came through for me wonderfully in time. He not only fulfilled the order in time, he was able to make the subjects of the photo look 14 years younger. Yes, the experience could have been a little more satisfying if they had served the wine at the proper temperature and had served imported cheeses instead of the domestic brands, but I overlooked those obvious shortcomings when they provided the foot massage and backrubs after my credit card was approved. (Be sure to call ahead for the valet parking and free car wash.) I was pleased with the experience and have already planned to use them again at my next funeral!!

We have gotten several promotional items for our business and they are always affordable, accurate and on time. Jonathan even went to the trouble of matching up some hats we had gotten from a previous supplier to keep the look consistent. Definitely will be using Mr. Postman Print Shop for future projects!
