Economy UV Printed ACM
Direct-to-Substrate Printing for a Clean, Cost-Effective Finish
With UV Printed ACM, we print your design directly onto the surface of the aluminum using our Mimaki UV flatbed printer. The UV-cured inks create sharp, vibrant colors that instantly harden on contact — perfect for indoor signage, displays, or outdoor applications with moderate exposure.
Advantages:
- Crisp, full-color printing directly on the ACM surface
- Cost-effective for short-term or indoor signage
- Resistant to scratches, weather, and fading
- Fast turnaround and smooth matte finish
Considerations:
- Exposed print surface may gradually dull under prolonged sun and rain exposure
- Not recommended for long-term outdoor use beyond 3–5 years
Best for: indoor signs, directional signs, real estate signage, wall-mounted panels, or any project needing a sleek, durable finish at an economical price.
Premium Laminated Vinyl Applied ACM
Premium Durability with Print, Laminate & Application
Our Laminated Vinyl Applied ACM signs are built to withstand the elements. We print your design on high-quality adhesive vinyl, apply a UV-protective laminate for added gloss and protection, and then mount it seamlessly to the ACM substrate. This three-step process gives your sign a premium look and exceptional outdoor longevity.
Advantages:
- Extended outdoor lifespan — up to 7–10 years with proper installation
- UV-resistant laminate prevents color fading and surface wear
- Gloss, matte, or satin laminate options for custom appearance
- Easier to replace or update graphics without replacing the panel
Considerations:
- Slightly higher cost due to multiple production steps
- Slight edge exposure where vinyl meets panel (can be sealed for longevity)
