Project Spotlight: 4×16 ACM Sign for Southern Pool
At Mr. Postman Print Shop, we recently had the opportunity to work with Southern Pool to create a stunning 4×16 foot sign made from 3mm Aluminum Composite Material (ACM). This sign, designed to enhance Southern Pool’s visibility and branding, was printed on two 8×4 panels, each precision-crafted to create a seamless final display.
The project involved using our top-of-the-line Mimaki JFX200 UV flatbed printer, which allows for vibrant, high-resolution prints on a variety of materials, including the durable ACM panels. The result was a sharp, eye-catching design that perfectly captured Southern Pool’s brand while withstanding the elements.
To ensure longevity and protection against wear and tear, we applied a UV clear coating on the sign. This added layer provides extra durability and helps maintain the vibrant colors, making sure that Southern Pool’s sign remains looking fresh and professional for years to come.
