Brightening the Wayne County Agricultural Fair: Custom Graphics for Their Automated Ticket Booth Trailer

At Mr. Postman Print Shop, we love projects that combine creativity and functionality to serve the community. One of our recent collaborations with the Wayne County Agricultural Fair perfectly captured this blend. Their automated ticket booth trailer needed custom graphics to showcase the fair’s personality while providing clear instructions for visitors.

The Vision: Combining Fun and Functionality

The Wayne County Agricultural Fair wanted their automated ticket booth trailer to do more than just sell tickets—it needed to enhance the fair experience with a vibrant, welcoming design. At the same time, it required instructional graphics to ensure the ticketing process was smooth and hassle-free for guests.

The Design: A Fair-Themed Masterpiece

We created a combination of cut vinyl logos, playful fair-themed graphics, and instructional elements for the trailer:

Cut Vinyl Logos:
The Wayne County Agricultural Fair logo was prominently displayed to reinforce the fair’s brand and make the trailer instantly recognizable. The bold, clean-cut vinyl ensured the logo would stand out and look professional from every angle.
Fair-Themed Graphics:
To capture the excitement of the fair, we added vibrant graphics featuring classic fair elements like Ferris wheels, carnival rides, and festive patterns. These designs brought a sense of fun and energy to the trailer, making it an inviting presence at the event.
Instructional Cut Vinyl:
Clear and concise instructional vinyl was placed strategically on the trailer to guide visitors through the automated ticketing process. This included directions for using the ticketing kiosks, payment methods, and any other necessary details to streamline the experience.

Durable and Long-Lasting Materials

For this project, we used high-quality cut vinyl that’s weather-resistant and designed to withstand the elements. From sunny days to rainy evenings, the graphics will maintain their vibrant appearance, ensuring the trailer continues to look its best throughout the fair season.

I had a very positive experience dealing with the owner and employees at Mr. Postman Print Shop! My unusual requirements for a combination of banners, photo enlargements & commercial displays for a Celebration of Life Gathering was placed in haste, and I honestly did not think they would be able to fulfill the order in time. But the owner's "Anything for a buck!" professionalism came through for me wonderfully in time. He not only fulfilled the order in time, he was able to make the subjects of the photo look 14 years younger. Yes, the experience could have been a little more satisfying if they had served the wine at the proper temperature and had served imported cheeses instead of the domestic brands, but I overlooked those obvious shortcomings when they provided the foot massage and backrubs after my credit card was approved. (Be sure to call ahead for the valet parking and free car wash.) I was pleased with the experience and have already planned to use them again at my next funeral!!

We have gotten several promotional items for our business and they are always affordable, accurate and on time. Jonathan even went to the trouble of matching up some hats we had gotten from a previous supplier to keep the look consistent. Definitely will be using Mr. Postman Print Shop for future projects!
